Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been received by the vendor or shipped. If the order has already been sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Center for return instructions.

I canceled or returned my order but I haven't received a refund yet. How long do refunds take?
We submit all requests for refunds within 48 hours of receipt of the returned merchandise or canceled order. Please be patient and allow up to 21-25 business days processing time for you to receive your refund. We reserve the right to issue a check for your refund. If a credit is issued to your card, you should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please call us right away so we can get your order filled properly. If there is a problem while it is under warranty, please call us right away so we can begin processing your warranty claim.

The Comfort Technology Clocks, eCrystals and/or BioElectric Shields come with a 90-day money back guarantee to give you plenty of time to determine if the product is of benefit to you. Some people notice benefit in minutes to a few days. Others become aware of the value in 1-10 weeks of use. Jennifer Wayland, a very satisfied Comfort Technology customer wrote that it took having the healing, rejuvenating benefits of technology for 3 months before she noticed significant relief during her monthly cycle. Throwing the baby out with the bath water is not a wise or kind thing to do.

With wanting to put the odds of success in your favor, if, after 80 days of the 90-day period that begins when the product is shipped, you do not notice any benefit, call us to get an RMA number so your return can be processed. Then be sure to insure and return the product in new condition in its original packaging for a full refund of the product cost for full retail price purchases. For items purchased at a discount (i.e., less than full retail), or orders canceled, there will be a 15% restocking/processing fee on returns. If the return is lost or found damaged when inspected, it will be returned because it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the shipping company they used.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge on orders purchased at full retail, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 90 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

NOTE: The full money back guarantee on the product cost for items purchased at full retail and then returned applies only to the first order. There is a 15% restocking fee on any subsequent items purchased and then returned within the 90-day money back guarantee period. There is no money-back guarantee beyond the 90-day period.

If multiple Comfort Technology units are ordered and sold at different prices and a return is done on part of the order, the amount of the return will be based on the average price of the Comfort Technology Systems less 15% restocking fee if they were sold for less than full retail.

Special order merchandise is not returnable. Refurbished merchandise can only be returned if found damaged or defective immediately upon receipt. Certain merchandise may require manufacturer service first before return is allowed.

The money-back guarantee is null and void if the customer does not pay for the product when purchased since no money changed hands. The money-back guarantee is null and void if the customer purchases the product on a payment plan and fails to keep their payment agreement. The money-back guarantee is null and void once the customer has determined that the product they purchased is of value to them. The money-back guarantee is null and void if a customer gets another product they already have after the 90-day period. The money-back guarantee does not apply for any wholesale/distributor sales or trade/barter sales.

If there is a disagreement or dispute between a customer and Advanced Living, first they will attempt to resolve it between themselves. If they are not able to, then the next recourse to resolve the matter is through legal means in the courts. For this process the courts of the City and County of Denver, Colorado shall be deemed to be the courts of jurisdiction.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if Advanced Living Technology or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, and promotional items should ship in 4-7 days. Most smaller items are shipped by USPS 1st class or Priority Mail within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination.

Because we do not warehouse some of our items, your order can be shipped directly from one of our authorized vendors across the country. The individual vendors ultimately determine the method of product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.

Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software) or by USPS. Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates. Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.

What is the warranty on the Comfort Technology?
Standard is a one year limited warranty in which the manufacturer warrants the Comfort Technology against defects in parts and workmanship and covers labor charges for one year from the date of purchase. At the discretion of the manufacturer a defective Comfort unit will be repaired or replaced. The warranty excludes any defect or damage resulting from tampering, accidents or misuse.
