Applications of Crystal Technology Developed by Physicists - A Brief Summary of 20th Century Research The BioElectric Shield's internal structure is composed of precision cut quartz (and other) crystals, scientifically arranged to: * Enhance your energy field * Assist in shielding you from harmful energies In 1990, scientists at Massachusetts Institute of Technology conducted an experiment. They exposed human cells to frequencies which are known to be emitted form computers, cellular phones, hair dryers, fluorescent lights, and other sources commonly found in "everyday living". The cells responded in just weeks; cell metabolism increased. Increased cell metabolism is one of the factors in both aging and cancer. While controversy rages about the possible hazards of electromagnetic radiation, it is interesting to note that physicists have known for years how to repel this and other types of energy. For decades physicists have used crystals to refract electromagnetic radiation. In 1912, Max von Laue and his associates showed that x-rays could be reflected and redirected with a zinc-sulfide crystal (ZnS), in much the same way as mirrors are used to reflect and redirect visible light. In 1914, their work earned them a Nobel Prize in Physics. In 1915, William Henry Bragg, together with his son, William Lawrence Bragg, won the Nobel Prize in Physics for establishing "Bragg's Law", which determines the specific crystal (i.e. the specific lattice spacing) needed to reflect and redirect any type of electromagnetic energy. Since then, scientists have used natural crystals to reflect and redirect other types of electromagnetic radiation (like gamma rays), and have manufactured new crystals whenever the required natural crystals were not readily available. In 1925, Clinyon Davisson and L.H. Germer used a nickel crystal to reflect and redirect electrons (beta particles). In 1937, Clinton Davisson and Sir Geroge Paget Thomson shared a Nobel Prize in Physics for showing that particles are deflected by crystals in exactly the same way that electromagnetic energy is deflected. Thus, crystals have been used extensively to refract both particles and specific energies, some of which international researchers have found to be harmful, including electromagnetic radiation. Modern science also has made extensive use of the fact that different crystals "resonate" at different frequencies. The first short-wave radios and electric watches were made of quartz crystals, because quartz amplifies and stabilizes only certain fixed frequencies of vibration. For the same reason, the first lasers were made from rubies. The crystals in the BioElectric Shield are specially chosen so as to amplify and stabilize your natural energy field. In this way, the BioElectric Shield provides a second type of protection by strengthening your own natural vibrations, thus making them less susceptible to "contamination" from outside sources. In summary, the BioElectric Shield strengthens your energy field in two ways: * Deflecting and redirecting energies that impinge on you from your environment. * Reinforcing your own natural energies so they are much less susceptible to outside disturbances. Both of these properties of crystals have been known and used by scientists for many years. The BioElectric Shield makes this same technology available to you for enhancing your health and energy.
