Image Data - Use Agreement

By downloading the images posted, you agree to the following.....

- I have discussed and agreed on specific, intended uses with Eagle's Eye Photo, for the image or images posted and have been quoted the cost for the Electronic Distribution/Reproduction License fee associated with this order.

- I understand that the License fee is based on the stated uses of the images. I agree to advise Eagle's Eye Photo immediately of any additional use needed, and that the changes may result in a change in the license fee.

- I have reviewed and approved, prior to this time, any graphics requested. Any changes required after download, will have an additional charge.

- I will not use these electronic images for any other purpose without notifing Eagle's Eye of the additional uses I determine are needed for the success of my project, after the download process has occurred.

- For enlargements greater than 11x14, I will contact Eagle's Eye for the enlargements to be made from the origianl file.

- I agree not to resell or transfer the images to anyone else for use on another project. The license only applies to one property and or use. The reproduction or any re-transmission, of any digital, film or paper image created and provided by Eagle’s Eye to a client, made in any form, by the client or other persons, without Eagle’s Eyes knowledge, and payment of a reproduction or electronic distribution license fee, by-passes and destroys the value of the image created which is Eagle's Eye's only source of income.

-I understand this action results in direct theft, creates financial damage to the Company, which the client will be charged for. A practice of this type violates all client trust which Eagle’s Eye has established in a good faith effort to create and provide high quality photographic images, designed to be a, clear, crisp, high impact, visual tool to assist another profession in their work. Further, this action would go against all good ethical business practices and could cause Eagle's Eye to discontinue its service.

To log on and download images to your computer, carefully read these instructions, to make this process an easy and plesant experience. This is a printable page by right clicking anywhere on the page and selecting print. The instructions down below explain how to save the image to your computer. Please notify us as soon as you have downloaded the image so it can be removed from the site.

When ready, continue by a single left click on "I accept Agreement". - A new window will appear where you will enter the User Name and Password you have been given, either verbally or by e-mail. Type in this information, exactly as it was given. It is case sensitive. It is not necessary to check "remember password" as it will change each time you use this system.

When you press enter, you move to a new, secure web page where you can select, view and download an image. After you left click on the first image, several things ay appear, depending on your system. A small window may appear in the middle of the screen, which you need to enlarge. The image is loading, however it may not appear until after the download or you will see the image slowing appear as it downloads. It could take up to 4 minutes depending on your line. After the image appears completely on your screen, right click on the image and an option window will appear. Left click on "Save Picture As" and another window will appear. At the top, select the location you want to save the image in on your computer. At the bottom center, where it says File Name, give the file a name and use the extension of ".jpg". You do not have to select anything in the file type. Finally, left click SAVE and the image will be saved on your terminal and should be ready for use. Now, call or e-mail Eagle's Eye to notify us the download is complete, so we can remove the images and prepare another order.
