A large, clear photographic image placed in front of the jury is the best available means of presenting the appearance of a scene at a given time. The photo keeps the jury focused on your point. It is difficult to get photo images out of jurors' minds, since we all think photographically. Photographs can be used as relevant evidence* and as a negotiation tool for settlement, also. A photograph is a witness that never forgets! *Black's Law Dictionary--Relevant evidence is evidence having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the determination of the action more probable or less probable than it would be without the evidence. We create and capture the images on professional medium format, high-quality, commercial grade, fine-grain film, which is all-important to getting clear, crisp, detailed images. All print processing of the photographic images is custom-crafted at our in-house color lab. This allows us to maintain control over cost, confidentiality, quality, and short turn-around time schedules, usually necessary during court cases. No image we create for you will be released to opposing counsel without written authorization from you. With your already busy and hectic law practice and schedule of preparing a court case, we realize deadlines are an issue and time is usually in short supply. Please call us (at either 505-888-0246 or 1-877-454-4600) to discuss the elements of your case, when you need professional photographic services. This helps us create the best and most cost-effective photographic images for your case. We will document people, places, or things that are a fair representation of the subject matter. See examples on the Aerial Photos page. Photographic Authenticity Certificates and vertical and oblique images are available for submitting with the photographic exhibits into evidence, at $45 each. All enlargements used in a court trial will require an 8.5" X 11" print for the Court Record, at $15 each. In the event we should be called in to testify, we come in only as a technician who created the image and can attest to the authenticity of the image only, and that the image is an accurate representation of the area depicted at the moment the image was created. We do not serve as an expert witness to the photographic processes of film or camera operation. These are givens in the creation of photographic images. Our base fee is $300 plus $75 per hour for preparation time and time spent in court, plus travel costs when necessary.
