Richard Young founder of Find it First Locating Service is a native of Florida and graduated from Dallas Baptist University Dallas, Texas majoring in computer science and low voltage electronic repair. Has attended additional classes in business administration, ethics, and hard wire cable construction.
Mr. Young envisioned a need for reliable, dependable, and accurate locating of existing underground utilities. In 1994 Mr. Young formed what is now Find it FIrst Locating Service, Inc.
Through hard work, dedicated employees, and extensive training towards accuracy and safety, we have superseded others in our specialized field of work.
