Water's Edge is now offering rental of their dining room & bar area during the winter months

  • Available: November tru February
  • Capacity for 70 guests
  • Monday - Sunday rentals
  • Mario's or your own Caterer
  • Rental deposit $100.00 for booking the date
  • Security deposit $100.00 that is refundable and also due at booking
  • Table covers at an additional cost
  • Add $50.00 staff fee when no bar package is taken
  • No outside/(brought in) Liquor allowed


    RENTAL RATES:
    Monday - Thursday @ $50.00 per hr (3hr minimum)
    Friday - Saturday @ $75.00 per hr (4hr minimum)
    Saturday - Sunday afternoons @ $50.00 per hr (3hr minimum)


    BAR PACKAGES:
  • Open Bar - 1st hr @ $8.95pp / extra hr's @ $3.95
  • Cash Bar
  • Run a Tab based on total consumption
