The ounces are the amount of juice extracted from the vegetable.

HOLIDAY & FUN DRINKS

NUTTY EGGNOG
Milk - rice, almond or soy
Egg yolks
Honey
Almonds
Egg whites
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Add several large spoonfuls of Milk - (ricemilk, almondmilk, soymilk) to each egg yolk. Sweeten with Honey to taste; add two Tbsp. finely ground almond nut meats.
Beat or use blender to mix ingrediants place in glasses and add very stifley beaten egg whites that have been seeetened with honey. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and or nutmeg.

FROSTY CITRUS
Lemon juice
Ice
Egg whites
Honey
Vanilla flavoring or Extract
Fill tall glass 1/4 with finely chopped or cracked ice, 3/4 full of fresh lemon juice, top with stiffley beaten egg whites sweetened with honey and vanilla flavoring or extract.

I. Mucus Elimination: First Morning substance -
A) Par-poil water (8-12 oz)place in tea cup, add the juice of one-half to one whole lemon (preferably organic**.) Every morning drink a minmum of one-half hour prior to breakfast.

B) Gently sprinkle cayenne pepper on your food. Suggestions for lunch and evening meals.

II. Liver Cleanses:
A) Juice the vegetables (blenders do not juice, use only a vegetable juicer.) Juice 4-6 ounces of fresh (organic)dandelion leaves, 2-4 ounces fresh (organic) raw spinach leaves and stems, 10 ounces scrubbed (not peeled) fresh (organic) raw carrots (remove roots and greens.) Drink slowly, remember to "chew" slosh the juice with your saliva for healthy digestion.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
To assist with elimination of toxins, reduce arthritis discomfort and other painful joints and tendons Blood type "O" must avoid all vinegars, their stomach acid is unable to properly process it.

Combine 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar, preferably organic, with 8-16 ounces of either distilled spring water or distilled water. May drink as many times during the day as desired. Non-organic apple cider vinegar contains too many chemicals and artificial coloring, which may further aggravate the health problem.
