KIDNEY STONES and or Oxalate Relief - Prevent - Reverse - Cure Causes - Cures and Prevention


* Unhealthy diet /. Poor nutrition, insufficient healthy water intake. Avoid gulping water especially in excess this fatigues the kidneys, whereas lack of sufficient water ABSORPTION (not sloshing in mouth with saliva)can cause Kidney stones, and even prostate problems.

* Consumption of caffeine coffee, soda, tea ( only drink herbal non caffeine teas.)

* Avoid all Carbonated beverages harmful and toxic to kidneys.

* Alcohol especially beer and hard liquor. Dry or Bone Dry Wine rather than sweet wines. Consume two to three times the amount of water to every cup of wine or dilute wine and water mixed together no more than 50% wine to water, less wine is better.

* Dehydration. You could be drinking a gallon of water per day and be dehydrated, especially if you are gulping the water. Caffeine, alcohol, sugars, and sodas are all dehydrating liquids.

* Fried foods especially deep-fried i.e. French fries, onion rings, chicken, etc.

* Specific medical conditions can boost the risk -- high blood pressure, gout, urinary tract infections . Treating or controlling these conditions generally helps prevent stone formation.

* Eating excess animal protein, sodium, and high-oxalate foods: such as chocolate or some dark green vegetables, can boost the risk for kidney stones in some people.

* Increasing in excess weight.

* Taking certain medications.

CURES - in order of effectiveness, this may vary with each person.

* 1. Olive oil and pure unsweetened 100% Cranberry juice - blend one-half cup extra virgin Olive Oil with one-half cup 100% pure Cranberry Juice ( not Ocean Spray that is a Cranberry drink with high corn fructose- sugars are damaging to Kidneys.) Drink the Cranberry Oil blend twice a day between the Kidney hours 5:00 - 7:00 PM and 5:00 -7:00 AM. Wait at least 30 minutes before eating a meal.

* 2. Lemon Juice and Olive Oil or Flax Seed Oil with Mother (use a table knife to stir the Mother at bottom of bottle then vigorously shake to mix Flax seed oil and Mother together.

* 3. Juice of one lemon with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil repeat every 20 minutes in the first hour, wait one hour and repeat cycle every 20 minutes for one hour then repeat 3- 4 times more that same day and the second day.

* 4. Consume the juice of one whole lemon in every 12 ounces of water that you consume. Water is essential for healthy kidneys. Most important is to sip and "chew" slosh water around in mouth for 15 seconds before swallowing. Amount of water for You, consider one-half ounce of water per pound of current body weight i.e. your weight 150 lbs drink minimum 75 oz water divided four times in day : one fourth before breakfast, one-fourth between each meal and less than one fourth between dinner and bed.

* HERBAL - Chanca Piedra from Peruvian Rain Forests - ideal form are young shoots of plant as infusion or tincture by Herb Pharm. Warning, only administer for up to 3 months.


* Daily dose of Magnesium Citrate 500mg twice a day with B1 Thiamine Must take all vitamin s and minerals during a meal for most effective use. Note, each mineral must be administered with the correct companion vitamin for proper assimilation of mineral.

* Drink plenty of water from wakening until a few hours prior to bed. Water is essential for flushing healthy kidneys and oxalate.

* Avoid or Limit inflammatory foods and beverages i.e. all caffeine, sugars, dairy, alcohol, salts, spices.

* Avoid high-oxalate foods, including chocolate, instant coffee, tea, beans, berries, dark leafy greens, oranges, tofu, and sweet potatoes.

* Best way to ward off new kidney stones is to drink enough water to keep urine clear.
