Are credit card transaction on BugsT store safe?
We at BugsT-store, do NOT keep any data on our customers on computer file connected to the internet. All customer information, including the credit card information, is transferred as soon as it is entered to our internal computer network, which is not connected to the world wide web (internet).

When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged the day the order is shipped.
Can BugsT store sent my gift directly to a friend?
Gifts can be sent directly to the recipient. At the check-out process, simply indicate the "SHIP TO" address. No invoice is being sent to the gift recipient. You will receive an email confirming the day the package is being shipped out.
Does BugsT store ship to people outside the U.S.A.?
Orders from outside of the United States are shipped via FedEx International only, from New York/Brooklyn (ZIP Code: 11218). The shipping destination and cost can be looked up at: www.fedex.com Order can be placed by mail: (1) Complete the order form on the Internet site and print it. (2) Include the Fedex shipping charge as obtained from www.fedex.com. (3) Mail the order form along with a money order (USA Bank only) to: Solix Inc. d.b.a. BugsT.com 71 Ocean Parkway, #5E Brooklyn, NY 11218 - U.S.A.
Can I track my package?
Choose Fedex as your shipping choice. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the Fedex tracking number. You can track your package by looking up your tracking number at: http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/?link=1
How To Order
To order online: 1. Go to our home page and choose the style and size from the left side bar menu and a page of mini pictures will open. Click on the desired mini-design and a detailed description window will open. 2. If you want to purchase that item, click on "add to cart" and here your shopping cart is initiated. 3. At this point you may choose to "continue shopping" by repeating step 1-3 or "check out". 4. To check out, please fill out the address and payment form to complete the purchase. 5. If you order online, you'll have a printed confirmation of the order with shipping cost included. < To order by phone, please call us at 718-972-4737.

Shipping Information
Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped either the same day or the day after your order has been received. If a shirt is out of stock we ship out once we have contacted you and found another shirt you would like to have in its place.
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from New York ZIP Code 11218 via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex, according to your shipping choice. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days within the US - but can take longer before the Christmas holidays due to high volume shipping by USPS. Fedex choices are 2nd day, and Fedex 3rd day Saver. Fedex Overnight shipping must be confirmed by phone.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated automatically, based on general unit weight.

When you purchase products from BugsT.com or register for any of our services, we automatically place you on our email list to receive email updates about special offers, new products, and new services.

Sales Tax
Bugst.com's office and workshop operates from Brooklyn, New York. We do not charge sales tax.
Fundraising Program for Schools
Our BugsT-shirts have proven to be an excellent item for fundraising events over the past few years. They are especially successful in Nursery and Elementary schools. BugsT-shirts will add excitement to the event and create a new meaning to the idea of fundraising. Contact your PTA today and propose BugsT-shirts as fundraising item in your next meeting. Product Information
All our BugsT-shirts are made of 100% preshrunk cotton. They are machine washable and dryable. Please turn shirt inside out. Make sure not to touch application when ironing shirt. Caring instructions are also printed on reverse of shirt label.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, just email us and let us know about the exchange. List the item you would like as a replacement on a paper. Please put the shirt with the note, and a self addressed and stamped envelope into your envelope (sending both envelopes USPS First Class Mail is fine), and send it to the address below: Solix Inc./BugsT.com 71 Ocean Parkway, #5E Brooklyn, NY 11218 Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.
