We accept orders throughout the world. You may place an order through the shopping cart of the on-line catalog. You will charged an initial flat shipping fee of $12.00. Your package will be weighed and actual shipping will be calculated to determine if there is any additional cost required. You will be notified by email if so prior to shipping. An email confirmation accepting the shipping/handling charges must be received by phone or email before we mail the package. An adjustment to the merchandise total will be made to include the shipping/handling charge. The shipping/handling charge will be reflected on the customer's credit card. If you prefer a quote on shipping before ordering, please send an e-mail stating what you plan to order with your address and we will e-mail you a shipping qoute. (Use the shipping chart below by doubling the US shipping equivilant for a "close" estimate.) Package recipient is responsible for any local duty and tax. Non US bank issued credit cards may experience problems when placing order, if so contact us to process your card manually. All purchases must be made in U.S. funds. Back to top
For the products which manufacturers have provided weights associated with sizes, we have included these weights along with the size on the shopping cart. If you do not find a weight with the size then there is no supplied size chart, but on some items we will give suggestions in the product description. Back to top

Yes, as long as the item has not been processed. Contact our Customer Service by email at mail@unlimitedadditions.com or by phone at 1-877-524-0128, M-F 10a-5p central time, with your name and order number. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 72 hours. If the order has already been processed & shipped they can instruct you on returning the item upon receipt. Back to top
How long do credits take? Once we receive your return we will submit your credit request. It may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. Continue to check with your credit card company, and if you have not received a credit within 10 business days contact us again. Back to top
Yes, If you purchase an item from Unlimited Additions and you see it on our site for a lower price up to 14 days after your purchase, we will issue a "store" credit for the difference upon request. Yes, if within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase we will replace the merchandise or provide a credit for the merchandise amount less any shipping charges, providing the merchandise has not been used, laundered or damaged by the customer. You can find the return form by following this link - Return form. If you need to exchange an item, then go to our Exchange/Replacement form. To avoid a possible restocking fee, please return items in the original manufacturers packing. For the most part, if you see it in our catalog, we have it in stock. Very few items you see are reorderable for us, so if you like it you better get it. In the unlikely event that something sells out, you will be notified by phone or email. If it can be reordered we will inform you. We know this might be an inconvenience and can offer a couple of alternatives: *We will take the item off your order and adjust the total. *We can offer another item of equal value. *Or, we can cancel the order and issue a credit. All orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Our "Standard" shipping is USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days from the time we ship the order. "Express" delivery is available by USPS Express Mail for in stock items at an additional charge(we may use Airborne® Express at our discretion) and a signature may be required for delivery. Express delivery orders must be received by 8:00 am central time, M-Sat, to be processed that day. Please refer to shipping chart below for estimated delivery times. Back to top
Yes. If a P.O. Box is used for an "Express" delivery, you will probably receive a note to pick it up at your P.O., since a signature may be required. If you choose to ship to a P.O. Box and you experience any problem when ordering, please contact our customer service for help. Back to top
