PTO RE-WIND HAND CRANK

A PTO RE-WIND HAND CRANK IS USED FOR TAKING UP LOOSE WRAPS IN THE TUBE ON THE REEL PRIOR TO START UP, OR RE-WINDING TUBE ON REEL WITHOUT OPERATING MACHINE. NOTE THAT THIS TOOL IS NOT DESIGNED TO RE-WIND THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF TUBE. THE CRANK MOUNTS IN A BRACKET ON THE SIDE OF THE WATER REEL AND IS OUT OF THE WAY WHEN NOT NEEDED, BUT AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME.
