Red Star Flor Sherry

May be used for the porduction of sherry base wines, but must be used for the secondary, aerobic (submerged) sherry fermentation. Readily produces the aldehydes and acetals characteristic of true flor sherry. Ferments best between 59 ~ 86 Degrees F.
