In an effort to keep abreast of our rapidly changing industry B&B offers all of their service technicians two very intense training programs. All of our technicians must successfully complete these programs to advance at B&B.


Our instructors Christopher Ghanayem and Thomas Deimler of the HVAC school program and William Williams of the advanced program have all worked very hard in developing a curriculum that will advance our service technicians to be the best possible in their field.


B&B is very proud of these programs.The school labs and hands-on training that each of our employees receive assists them in providing the best possible service to all our customers.


In addition to the education that is provided in our school programs each General Manager with assistance from their Service Managers conduct weekly classes to keep all technicians abreast with new products and their operation.
