Schenck (1660-1716) was famous as a composer and player of the viol. These pieces were found in the library of Trondheim University and first described in 1976. Transcribed and edited by François-Pierre Goy. Two playing scores. Cover is a reproduction of the painting "Young viola da gamba player" by Caspar Netscher (1639-1684) (Kraków).
