 The Experienced Rider Course was designed for riders who have successfully completed the BRC or who possess basic operational skills. Riders may use a training bike or their own safe, street ready motorcycle. There is no knowledge test or skill test. No DMV certification, (DL-389) will be issued for this course. The Experienced Rider Course consists of four hours of off street riding instruction. Subject areas include: street strategies, proper turning techniques, emergency braking techniques, countersteering to avoid obstacles, and cornering judgment. Naturally, riders who want to take the Exprienced Rider Course must be proficient in the basic riding skills -- including shifting, turning and braking. The course is usually given on the weekend either saturday or sunday afternoons. The cost of the class is $75.00 |
